Reach Out

1. Receive Order

The first step is to receive your order, which is then entered into our system for processing.

2. Accept Order - Team Review

Our Team Review process includes:

  1. Parting Line Review: Ensures the parting line is properly considered for the tooling.
  2. Review Quote: Confirming cost estimates and ensuring clarity.
  3. Preliminary Design Input: The team gives input based on the client's specifications.
  4. Critical Path Timeline: Establish a timeline for smooth project execution.

3. Customer Approval - Design Review

  1. Preliminary Design: With final files and required design data in hand, the initial design is started using the quote inputs for the preliminary design.
  2. Preliminary Design Review: The team reviews and finalizes the preliminary design before presenting it to the customer for their input.
  3. Customer Input: Customer requested changes are implemented and returned for review and approval. Approval to finalize the design is received.
  4. Final Design Phase: Both the 2-D and 3-D portions of the design are finalized. Materials are ordered. An internal review by the team to discuss the best manufacturing process and path is performed.

4. Schedule Critical Path - Build

  1. Schedule A Critical Path: The critical path is refined per the finalized design and executed by the team to ensure a smooth build process.
  2. Tool Build: The build commences. The critical path progress is monitored and adjusted as necessary to provide a 99.9% on-time delivery. Weekly progress reports are sent to the customer.

5. Final Team Review

A final team review is done to ensure everything is in line with the specifications before moving to shipment.

6. Shipment - Schedule Transportation

The final step is scheduling transportation for shipment.
